Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s)
  • Certification(s) Preferred: SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Shopify, and/or Adobe Commerce
  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
  • Identifying new channel opportunities and operational needs for clients to grow market share utilizing third-party marketplaces;
  • Developing and executing on client strategies to become a marketplace in their industry;
  • Assessing digital marketplace technology, payment systems, operating model, organizational capabilities and competitors;
  • Having extensive technical knowledge of digital marketplace platforms and tools: e.g. Appdirect, Airwallex, Mirakl, Coveo, Tech data, bloomreach, vtex, etc.;
  • Working with clients to facilitate their migration onto the various marketplace platforms and develop strategies to deliver growth for clients across these platforms;
  • Leading product optimization in the marketplace and work with different stakeholders to optimize;
  • Defining ratings, key metrics, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. sales, inventory, and product) to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making;
  • Developing requirements to lead implementation of digital marketplace solutions and integrations;
  • Working with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX designers, IT teams) to develop optimal customer experience solutions;
  • Having extensive Agile knowledge and experiences working with onshore and offshore teams; and,
  • Having content development skills including decks, POVs and articles.
