The Challenge:
Vignetic is looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director – Digital Produce Line Owner for US market, you will be in the digital commercial product management team and responsible for managing the delivery of multiple commercial digital product deliveries primarily focused on US market developed on a digital experience platform setup on Salesforce experience cloud connecting salesforce health cloud and salesforce marketing cloud.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- This is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will provide a strong leadership to the digital product delivery teams to help deliver on time and on budget without compromising on quality.
- Responsible for managing the delivery of multiple commercial digital product deliveries primarily focused on US market developed on the company digital experience platform setup on Salesforce experience cloud connecting salesforce health cloud and salesforce marketing cloud.
- Manage a team of highly skilled digital product owners, business analysts, scrum masters, and digital engineering teams daily and partner with digital agencies in driving digital product delivery.
- Mentor, coach, and role model to the product-oriented delivery teams and shall have a clear understanding of digital product management lifecycle and best practices.
- The product line owner will set up operational best practices, key procedures and governance for all US websites, portals, campaign sites, microsites and external facing digital channels on the digital experience platform.
- This role will depend on the ability to be very detail oriented, keeping a constant check on quality of delivery by the product teams.
- Collaborate with business owners, IT business partners and cross functional leaders across the company within and outside US market daily to help define and prioritize product roadmaps, product technology and product delivery strategy.
- Help plan and help manage budget across all external facing commercial digital products for US market.
- Exercise strong and effective negotiation skills for enabling tradeoffs across various IT functions and business functions to constantly prioritize day daily, near term and long terms goals for the digital product delivery teams.
- Conduct frequent prioritization meetings between the digital product delivery leads, product owners and business owners to ensure the product backlogs are always, prioritized, and ready for the teams to work on aligned to the business priority.
- The product line owner should be an individual with abilities to roll up sleeves as needed and should be able to manage and respond to multiple priorities daily.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MS or MBA degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in IT and software development
- 3+ years of experience working as a digital product owner or digital product manager.
- 3+ years of experience leading digital solutions delivery.
- 3+ years of experience managing digital teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with abilities to translate complex business problems and requirements into digital product goals.
- Working knowledge on Salesforce marketing cloud, Health cloud, Salesforce App marketplace and salesforce APIs
- Prior experience working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence
- Has experience of product centric IT delivery model and product management skills.
- Has hands on experience developing digital product like websites, apps, portals using content management systems and digital SaaS applications.
- Has experience on salesforce customer 360 and digital experience ecosystems with knowledge of community cloud and experience clod.
- Has solid understanding of latest digital marketing, customer engagement and customer experience.
- Has clear understanding of digital DevOps, CICD pipeline, DevSecOps, and Digital best practices.
- Equally capable of speaking technology and business language
- Great team player with strong leadership qualities and sharp negotiation skills
- Has experience working with IT leadership teams in Lifesciences Industry.
