The Challenge:

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 7 year(s)


Certification(s) Preferred:

Education, certifications and/or experience in Duck Creek policy, billing, or claims. 

AICPCU Certifications – Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Underwriting (AU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) 


Essential Skills and Requirements:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing system implementation and/or upgrade projects related to and/or leveraging Duck Creek Policy, Billing and/or Claims technologies.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in insurance business applications such as:

  • Policy administration
  • Claim management
  • Customer billing
  • Agency / customer portals
  • Reinsurance
  • Enterprise data warehouse
  • Document management systems.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs by:

  • Building collaborative and impactful relationships with clients
  • Developing an awareness of Firm services
  • Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
  • Delivering clear requests for information
  • Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and,
  • Communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or proven track record in property and casualty insurance such as:

  • Personal Lines
  • Commercial Lines
  • Direct and agency distribution channels
  • Insurance contracts
  • Product models
  • Policy administration
  • Claims
  • Billing; and,
  • Advisory (ISO/NCCI/AAIS) agencies, regulatory and compliance agencies.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member by:
