The Challenge:
Vignetic is looking for an ERP Product Senior Manager who will have strong Consumer Health business knowledge, direct interaction with partners (both internal & external), hands on system configuration expertise of SAP S/4 HANA and includes steam management for both onsite and offshore resources.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and adoption. Responsible for the global template design and associated governance model.
- Responsible for approving changes to global template and ensuring the features are documented accordingly. This includes active participation in change control & other governance boards.
- Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
- Ensure ongoing integrity of a global template; understand tradeoffs between customizations/enhancements & SAP standard capabilities.
- Partner with business adoption team to ensure change management, business readiness, site readiness, and training are delivered to meet business needs.
- Encourage creative solutions with the strength of past knowledge and experiences acquired through other ERP program executions in Supply Chain.
- Develop and execute on strategic plans to develop new Consumer Health ERP Platform and scale to unlock and accelerate digital capabilities within our business.
- Manage cross-deployment process design interdependencies, by working with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
- Encourage creative solutions with the strength of past knowledge and experiences acquired through other ERP program executions in Supply Chain.
- Negotiate with the business to see what items (story points) are built and which are backlogged based on capacity.
- Own development estimates and understands how levels of effort impact the priority of requirements.
- Clear vision of the on the multi-generation product strategy.
- Report back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications.
- Effectively communicate vision and strategy to peers, partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Create an inclusive and positive work environment/culture where diverse talent can grow and succeed.
- Practice design-driven thinking and creative problem solving to ensure efforts are focused on validated problems based on research and data that can be solved effectively and measured in market.
- Break silos and build deep relationships with all cross-functional contributing teams within SC, Commercial, R&D, and enabling functions to align on priorities, schedule, cost, and ensure successful execution of scope.
- Owns all logistics integrations to S/4 HANA where a regional 3PL integration model exists.
- Owns the logistics processing within S/4 HANA for regions performing warehouse and/or transportation management within S/4 HANA.
- Responsible for all Warehouse Master Data is converted/constructed/migrated to SAP.
- Governs and owns all warehouse output forms (e.g., shipping labels, pick lists etc.) ensuring standardization across distribution centers globally.
- Understands and masters the logistics products available in S/4 HANA (e.g., SAP Transportation Managements, SAP Logistics Business Network, SAP Yard Logistics, SAP Transportation Resource Planning) and the strategy of which markets to implement.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years’ experience in SAP ERP solutions with proven track record of multiple successful releases to production
- Process, data, and configuration knowledge of core ERP modules (e.g., MM/FICO/IM/SD)
- Strong understanding of the underlying technical architecture and benefits of S/4 HANA and complementary technologies. (e.g.: APS-OMP, SNC, WMS/WCS, TMS, Hybris).
- Required working knowledge in the management of GxP and SOX validated systems
- Experience in people management, coaching, and aiding professional growth
- Experience in Supply Chain processes and understanding of unique challenges and needs in this space
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing operational technological processes within a global organization required.
- Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, virtual platforms, and the future roadmap for SAP’s support of cloud is preferred.

- Expert understanding of SAP Logistics Execution Capabilities in SAP ECC.
- 2 of more Warehouse Management Implementation experience (either SAP ECC IM/WM or integration with a third-party WMS system)
- Expert knowledge of EDI integrations used when deploying an interface-based warehouse management model to SAP
- Understanding of SAP EWM compared to alternative implementation patterns (release 1811 or 1902 of S/4 HANA) and demonstrated expertise on which model to choose.
- Sold understanding of middleware technologies & XML and/or EDI data patterns used for SAP warehouse management integrations.
