The Challenge:
Vignetic is looking for a Field Manager/Associate Director who will be the project lead on more complex studies, delegating downwards and upwards where necessary. The candidate will mentor/line manage junior staff and play an active role in their professional development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects delegated to your team and bear responsibility for successful delivery, client satisfaction and profitability
- Lead projects for new clients, demonstrating your expertise in excellent project delivery
- Spend significant time focusing on proposals with growing confidence in business development and revenue generation
- Develop and deliver company/office-wide trainings alongside line management duties
- Play key role in identifying improvement areas and setting group KPI’s to address these
Must Have:
- Healthcare MR experience
Preferred Experience:
- Client-management experience, sales/BD experience
