Title: Market Research Director
Job Type: Permanent Primary Location: Hybrid (London, UK)
The Challenge: Our client is seeking for an experience leader, who can lead market insights projects, client relationship development and team growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Must have pharma industry experience
- Work alongside clients to understand and deliver their needs
- Provide world class insights that can be converted to an actionable strategy
- Engage in client meetings, present them with findings and work with the team to collate the data
- Work with the consultancy business to explore further opportunities within the project
- Responsible for growing accounts, developing relationships and exploring further opportunities within the client business
- Demonstrate account growth experience
- Lead and develop a team of up to 5 people including an Associate Director, Research Manager and Research Executives
- Have experience of developing a high performing team
Essential skills and requirements:
- A degree or higher in a scientific, communications or marketing field, or the equivalent in experience
- Extensive experience in a leadership role in an Insights company/department
- Experience of line managing and developing a team of Researchers
- Demonstrable business development experience and showcase account revenue growth
- Able to communicate effectively and consultatively with clients to deliver projects and develop long lasting relationships beyond execution of research alone
- Knowledge of the drug commercialization process and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
