The Challenge:
Vignetic is in search of an Oracle SCM Planning and Logistics SME candidate who will be responsible for providing technological solutions that address business needs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assists with analyzing and reviewing software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and budget constraints
- Perform application programming and coding using Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, Oracle Workflow, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, JDeveloper, SOA suite etc.
- Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions
- Provide recommendations on technology solutions to address business needs
- Determine the technical, interfacing, and operational requirements to resolve EBS software issues
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Perform unit and integration testing, may assist with developing test scripts
- Work closely with functional teams and process owners to understand business requirements and develop technical design specifications for the off-shelf and/or custom developed applications.
- Help with process improvements
- Perform fit-gap analysis with functional team
- Assist with planning and coordinating implementation activities
- Assist with the development of standards, processes, and procedures
- Participate in post-production software support and problem resolution
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Logistics and Client Services solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Participate actively in internal Oracle Logistics and Client Services, Procurement and Finance related problem management
- Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across Oracle Logistics and Client Services solution modules for E-Business Suite
- Minimum of 3 project Implementation experience as Functional SCM Consultant
- Technical experience across Oracle Technology components Integrations, Reports, Forms, Workflows
- Functional Exposure across Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, WMS Inbound and Outbound modules and processes of Oracle EBS R12.2+
- Process experience from Technical Specification, Development, Milestone Testing
- Client facing discussions
- Fit Gap, Solutioning, Design
- Conduct UAT and deliver Supply Chain functional training to Customers
- Cutover, Conversions, Go-Live and Production Support
