OTM Implementation Consultant Uganda, Entebbe
Responsibilities:
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of OTM solution ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
- Implement a comprehensive on-premises OTM solution that includes Transportation Planning, Operations Management, Freight Payment & Claims, Fleet Management, Transportation Sourcing, document Management, Transportation Intelligence, and Mobility (OTM mobile app).
- Perform requirement gathering and gap analysis, mapping business requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, user acceptance tests, and conducting conference room pilot.
- Identify and propose ways to implement, reconfigure and improve OTM to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve gaps between business requirements and the softwares capabilities.
- Publish Master Data Management templates and data loading tools.
- Provide quality work products to the customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices.
- Executive and operational report development using BI Publisher report
- Act as the focal point of contact for all inquiries about OTM.
Qualifications:
- Having participated to minimum two (2) full technical implementation cycle of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 or 12.2
- Degree in any Business or technology related course.
- Global Large-scale OTM implementation experience with minimum of 5 years work experience in OTM implementation Projects.
- Having participated to minimum two (2) full technical implementation cycle of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 or 12.2
- Industry experience with Third Party Logistics (3PL).
- Good knowledge on configuration dependencies and interrelationships with other Oracle related products including WMS, OM, INV, Shipment Planning, Business Process Automation, Purchasing, iSupplier and Financials.
- Expert knowledge of PL/SQL, SOA/BPEL, XML, XSL, and OTM Integration.
- Oracle OTM Certified.
- Oracle WMS or OM Certification will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a team with strong coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
