- Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
- Possessing 3 year(s) of experience in a Project Management role (IT or cyber security projects);
- Possessing management / leadership experience in the area of Program/Project Management Managing large teams and multiple workstreams relating to Compliance, Regulatory and/or Cybersecurity related IT or cyber security projects;
- Being comfortable with working in a fluid and fast paced environment where timelines are often fixed and priorities, approaches, and deliverables are rapidly developed and iterated upon;
- Possessing experience leading programs through the entire SDLC using Agile and traditional project management methods, tools / templates and processes;
- Developing delivery roadmaps from high-level objectives/milestones and experience developing program constructs to support mobilization and execution of multiple workstreams;
- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of cross functional client relationships that can be leveraged to progress a project to a common goal / expected outcome;
- Building and analyzing program schedules and plans;
- Identifying critical path and monitoring understanding how program, project and/or work-stream dependencies in order to minimize impact to schedule, budget, resources;
- Identifying risks, and issues and having an ability to creatively think of solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues in order to protect the health of the program;
- Possessing experience with Microsoft suite, project management tools, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI);
- Leading meetings and workshops with a client and/or PwC team members using various tools and methods (e.g. virtual whiteboards, jamboards, etc.) to extract key information from meeting participants;
- Demonstrating abilities with contributing to sales; identifying business leads; and supporting business development opportunities through the identification of new engagement opportunities and assisting with the writing, presenting, closing, researching, and delivering of proposals and engagements;
- Having the ability to think critically about the problem at hand and apply analytics strategy to solve problems and/or identify relevant observations for reporting;
- Having the ability to synthesize key themes/concepts, critical issues/risks, etc. into succinct executive level status communications (i.e., powerpoint, written reports, etc.); and,
- Having the availability for both domestic and international travel on short notice and work additional hours as necessary.
