The Challenge:

Vignetic is looking for a Client Success Project Manager who will report directly to the VP, Client Success, and participate in all aspects of client implementation, ongoing client support and communications in coordination with the Directors in Client Success.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and support comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress on customer implementations
  • Support multiple customer implementation projects
  • Interact and collaborate with different teams associated with the project
  • Support and maintain extensive project plans to share with clients as well as other staff members
  • Assist with the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Assist with resource management and allocation
  • Provide support and guidance on changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Support the measurement of project performance using proper tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meet with workstream owners to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each workstream within the project
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
  • Takes notes and circulate minutes of meeting to all members
  • Tracking RFP, RFI, and claims analysis in house through a project management approach
  • Contributing to the initial completion of qualitative RFP responses, as needed

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the PBM space
  • 2+ years of experience in employer benefits
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits communication
  • Experience with executing multiple implementations
  • Experience using project management (Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Asana, etc.), issue tracking (Jira, Pivotal Tracker, etc.), and documentation (Confluence, etc.) software
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Ability to manage one’s time effectively to meet tight and high expectation deadlines
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with both business and technical people
  • Proven ability to effectively perform requirements gathering and documentation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus, with employment at WebMD, Everyday Health, or other types of large-scale mobile applications preferred
