The Challenge:

Vignetic is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst who will support the development and oversight of Treasury policies and procedures as the scope of Treasury increases. Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer, the position will work with the team to help shape and enhance the design and implementation of cash flow forecasting processes, cash position reporting, and periodic investment reporting. The Senior Treasury Analyst will also assist with the maintenance and management of the company’s bank and investment accounts, support the implementation of SAP, provide support for the placement of insurance policies, perform ad-hoc analyses, and perform back-office functions related to FX hedging activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve financial models used for cash flow forecasting and long-range planning.

• Invest excess cash/redeem required cash as needed to maintain minimum operating account balances.

• Daily reporting of global cash position to the CFO, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer.

• Manage global banking operations including account openings, user administration, updates, system integration, and maintenance of the bank account database.

• Support the renewal of the Company’s insurance policies and assist with the placement of clinical trial policies.

• Assist the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with ad hoc analyses.

• Assist with internal/external audits, ensure effectiveness of SOX controls, and maintain compliance with policies.

• As needed, prepare weekly share repurchase disclosures.

• Conduct FX trade confirmation and settlement activities with banks.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required. A CPA/CTP/MBA or other graduate degree is desired.

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury related functions at a large multi-national company.

• Must exhibit attention to detail.

• Accuracy and strong communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple objectives and meet deadlines.

• Motivated, self-starter.

• Able to work in a team environment.

• Knowledge of financial derivatives and hedge accounting preferred.

• Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Clearwater, Bloomberg, treasury systems, and SAP experience a plus.
