The Challenge:

Vignetic is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who will play a vital role to support configurations, operation, and optimization of Workday- Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goals.  

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of HR systems and functions.
  • Support configuration and operation of Workday – Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Recruiting, Talent in the fulfillment of organizational goals.
  • Create new and modify existing Workday reports based on business requirements.
  • Provide statistical analysis and interpretation of report data as required.
  • Develop and execute an end-user training plan and coordinate key roll-out activities.
  • Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes. Evaluate new features/functions for rollout to end-users and recommend solutions/alternatives to mitigate business risk relative to these changes.
  • Work with team to fully test and QA new Workday releases.
  • Provide production Tier 3 support including analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to configuration, business process, integrations, data, or other systems issues.
  • Ensure that defined application controls are maintained and followed.
  • Identify and implement ideas for improving processes and methodologies, particularly where new features in the Workday can be used to improve current processes.
  • Liaise with business end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate configurations, business rules, and business process workflows in the Workday tenant and supporting applications.
  • Independent judgment and strong initiative combined with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Coordinates testing to ensure that interrelated data and processes are thoroughly tested. Ensure proper testing is completed so required specifications are met with efficient, accurate and quality information.
  • Utilizes Excel and other applications to manipulate, analyze and logically present data to end users at many levels of the organizations.
  • Investigate and resolve interface issues between third party vendors and internal systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ HR Systems experience required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ Workday experience required.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Must be organized with an ability to manage workload efficiently to fulfill commitments in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
