The Challenge:

Our client is seeking an applicant who will support the day-to-day operations and helping to document and implement new requirements as provided by the internal stakeholders of the client, which includes, Commercial, Medical and Market Access.  This role will require hands on CRM administration experience with a strong technical understanding.  The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Director, Business Information Services.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Management of CRM/SFA salesforce.com related systems, applications, and tools supporting essential field team execution
  • Active participation and management of the client’s master data (MDM) system; monitoring for field requests on HCO and HCP updates and ensuring bi-directional data flows to key applications applicable to core data processing events across the US market.  This will be internal and external systems, dashboards, portals, etc.
  • Support managing the key source files and data processing partners involved in data aggregation, data reporting, CRM, and MDM
  • Operational responsibility for US market data processing and data feed monitoring to provide continuity, quality, and resolution as required
  • Contact for field inquiries and first-level support on all internal and field-facing applications (Qlik dashboards, Mobile Locker, Veeva, roster tools, etc) advising on procedure and navigation of tools
  • Train new hire classes on field-based systems as needed
  • Document and test processes, data integration points, and services provided
  • Support discussions both technical and business concepts to drive conclusions/solutions with excellent follow up in both written and oral formats when required
  • Work closely with IT to support various US market teams as services/deliverables require.
  • Identify improvements to existing operational processes and procedures
  • Communicate and work with business subject matter experts and organizational leadership of varying levels

Essential skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience.  Oncology and or buy and bill products experience a plus
  • Previous master data management, saleforce.com, and field operations experience required
  • Experience with SFA/CRM platforms required
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced in environment while maintaining a focus on customer service
  • Understanding of data warehouse processes and systems with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Functional knowledge of databases and SQL a plus
  • Understanding of business Intelligence tools, a plus (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
  • Identify potential solutions while considering and understanding downstream impacts across the US market teams
  • Solid understanding of multiplatform strategies and data integrations data with proven record of success working across multifaceted working teams to deliverable projects on tight timelines
